Jaia Studio is based just outside of Toronto, Canada, but we proudly work with clients across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.

1. Strategy Sessions
→ Business structure, offer clarity, and growth planning
We’ll meet twice over 3–4 weeks to map out your services, pricing, and big-picture goals. You’ll get access to Jaia Studio’s custom worksheets covering finances, marketing, and client journey — plus a 3-month action plan tailored to your business stage.
2. Branding (Brand Builder Package)
→ Your full brand identity, built for clarity and cohesion
Includes 4 logo variations, 2 brand stamps, a complete colour palette, typography system (4 custom fonts), 8 custom illustrations or patterns, and a 30-page brand guideline. We’ll help upload your brand to Canva and ensure you can consistently show up across social media, merchandise, and more.
3. Website Design (Effort-less Site Package)
→ A fully custom website designed to convert
You’ll receive a 1–6 page Wix site built with responsive design, SEO, custom copywriting, and strategic hierarchy. This also includes a mini brand guideline (if needed), contact form setup, and support connecting your domain, calendar links, and Google integrations.
4. Marketing Plan
→ A 3-month roadmap to grow your business
We’ll build a tailored plan that includes content themes, sales funnel support, platform recommendations, and campaign ideas aligned with your goals. Ideal if you already have branding but need help showing up and building consistency.
Every project is a little different, but here’s what you can typically expect:

Strategy Sessions
3–4 weeks, including two in-depth meetings and weekly check-ins. -
Branding
3–5 weeks depending on the number of revisions and the depth of your brand package. -
Website Design
4–8 weeks for full builds, including design, copywriting, and SEO. -
Marketing Plans
2- 3 weeks to research, build, and deliver your custom marketing roadmap.
We’ll always send you a personalized timeline at the start of your project based on your package and availability.
A few things that impact timelines:
Jaia Studio invests time getting to know your business and goals, because of this we don’t offer same-day or rush services. The design itself can move quickly — but delays often happen when communication is slow. If you're responsive and clear with your feedback, we can stick to the timeline or move it up. If life gets busy, we’ll adapt, but it may extend the project a little.-
Our goal is to make high-quality design accessible for small business owners. We offer flexible 3-month or 6-month payment plans so that branding and website investments can feel more manageable — especially during early growth stages.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, and you can be located anywhere in the world. Stripe automatically converts your payment to your local currency.
To keep things affordable, most clients opt for bi-weekly payments (twice per month), which helps reduce the upfront cost and makes it easier to budget alongside other business expenses.
